About Us

Welcome to Take it Slow Massage. A therapeutic massage practice located smack on the border between Watertown and Belmont MA. Currently I’m in the process of evolving from a solo orthopedic massage practice of 14 plus years to a multi-therapist practice specializing in therapeutically focused massage, pain management, and collaboration with allied health professionals. I’m excited for this transition and look forward to many changes on this site and in my practice as things progress.
